Our first National Park on our #lapofaustralia was truly worth a visit.

Blackdown Tableland NP is about 2.5 hours West of Rockhampton and we camped right at its heart. The drive in is spectacular with the tableland rising up in front of you before you hit the steep and winding road to the top.

There are multiple walks you can do from the cap sites which take you from the iconic rock pools to the indigenous art and amazing gorge lookout.
