In this episode we've got an issue or a few issues with our James Baroud Frontier Odyssey rooftop tent.

Over our travels across the country, we've broken a few things, but this will be our 4th tent swap!

Note: at the time of uploading this video, we have no affiliation with James Baroud. We bought the tent at full price in 2023 and each tent swap has been under warranty. Each time we encountered an issue with the tent, we contacted James Baroud AU and they responded with their thoughts, potential fixes and they initiated the warranty swaps. Their customer service is second to none and we can't express our gratitude enough with how easy it was to deal with them and fix any issue we encountered. Travelling the country and having your 'home' break can be super stressful, let along trying to deal with companies for defect warranties. James Baroud at all times were amazing. So thank you again for your help with everything.
